No 1 is on OFC through Isolation Transformer in Location box at KLI ( Frequently failing)

No 2 is on QUAD without Isolation transformer at KLI 

UP HASSDAC DOC - KLI 

No 1 is on QUAD 

No 2 is on OFC ( Failing frequently)

Activities on 12 Feb 26 

1) QUAD cable between DOC and KLI checked jointly and parameters of quad is OK.

2) for Up side Local quad between location and ofc hut checked at KLI and found OK.

Activities pending 

1) At KLI, for DN side Local quad between location and ofc hut to be checked .

2) Ofc channel testing between kli and doc to be checked.

3) At Doc, for Up and DN side Local quad between location and ofc hut to be checked .

4) Resoldering of Isolation transformer.

13 Feb 26 -

Up HASSDAC UNIT 2 failed at 05.10 hrs.

14 Feb 26

Dn HASSDAC UNIT 1 FAILED AT 0815 hrs

UP HASSDAC UNIT 2 FAILED AT 0740 hrs

On 16 Feb 25

Dn HASSDAC unit 1 also shifted on Quad.

UP HASSDAC UNIT 2 is still on OFC as No helthy pair was available with telecom.

On 28 Feb 25

UP HASSDAC UNIT 2 shifted on Quad
