DOC KLI HASSDAC

  DN HASSDAC DOC - KLI - No 1 is on OFC through Isolation Transformer in Location box at KLI ( Frequently failing) No 2 is on QUAD without Isolation transformer at KLI  UP HASSDAC DOC - KLI  No 1 is on QUAD  No 2 is on OFC ( Failing frequently) Activities on 12 Feb 26  1) QUAD cable between DOC and KLI checked jointly and parameters of quad is OK. 2) for Up side Local quad between location and ofc hut checked at KLI and found OK. Activities pending  1) At KLI, for DN side Local quad between location and ofc hut to be checked . 2) Ofc channel testing between kli and doc to be checked. 3) At Doc, for Up and DN side Local quad between location and ofc hut to be checked . 4) Resoldering of Isolation transformer.

  Dhablan  4 line Station  Esm Sudesh  Helper - Amit Crank Handle zone - 12 Point and Crossing Inspection  -  East Zone ( PTA side) - Point-13, Track - 21. Inspection done by Incharge- 24 Jan 26 Compliance pending  West Zone ( NBA side) - Point 11,Track -20 Inspection done by Incharge on 25 Jan 26 Compliance pending.  TRD Inspection- 12 June 25. Dhablan- PTA UP HASSDAC No 1 on Quad and Number 2 on OFC. Self Inspection- 11 Feb 26 Points and Tracks and HASSDAC of PTA side. Deff -  1.GTP insulation of Pt 65 A,64 A,64 B,TP 63, 62 B,61 A to be replaced.  2. Cleaning of ARA terminals inside all Point machines. 3. Cleaning of JB ( L-4) required.

  Nabha - 05 Line Station. No of Rutes -  Point Crossing  West Zone -  Point Machine - 28, Track - 31 Last Joint Inspection- 27 Nov 26,All complied. East Zone -  Point Machine - 8, Track - 24 Last Joint Inspection- 26 Nov 26,All complied. TRD Inspection- 15 July 2025. (Incharge). Self Inspection-  East Yard points and IPS - 10 Feb 25 Deff. -  1) GTP insulation of Pt 64 A,63A and Pt 62A needs replacement. 2) Name plate of SH 25 to be replaced.

Gate 34

  Gate 34 located between Nabha and Dhablan. Near to Dhablan. Joint inspection regarding Relay Hut and Interlocking of Gate  on 07 Feb 26. DN Side ( Nabha Side) Dn Gate Signal will be merged with existing Dn DOUBLE DISTANT of Dhablan. DN inner Dist of Gate will be new at TRD Km 42/28-30. Dn Double Distant of Gate will be new at TRD km 43/30-32. UP Side ( Dhablan Side ) UP Gate Signal  - New at TRD km 41/9-11 UP Inner Gate Signal - New at TRD km 40/9-11 Up Double Distant is doubtful

Point Crossing Inspection  -  West Yard - 20 Point, 25 - Track 30 Dec 25 - Incharge ,All compliance done. PTA Central- Point -120, Track -  30 Dec 25 - Incharge ,All compliance done. PTA East - Point- 20, Track -- 27 31 Dec 25 - Incharge 17 Def pending ( Ballast on track) Failure register-  Summary of failure,Summary of Relay Room , T 351 pending.  Remarks of Sse Incharge pending in failure register. 09 Feb - Inspection of  PTA East Yard ( Points of Esm Janrail) Deff - 1) SH 72 - Name plates to be changed  2) Gauge Type Plate Insulation of Pt 113 B,103 A,102 A. 3) Insulation at G/J between 101 ATF and 102 BTR is very thin. 4) Jumper of TC 113 BT to be replaced.  5) Sulfation on ARA Terminal of almost all the Point Machines.
